Equine Zyme Plus is not just a yeast culture, we add probiotics, colostrum and beta glucan. Today yeast products for animal production fall under the broader definition of Direct Fed Microbial (DFM's) or Feed Additives and contain either active dry yeast and/or yeast culture including MOS. These have been fed to livestock including horses since the 1920’s. Each scoop of Equine Zyme Plus provides over 43 billion (CFU's) live, viable yeast cells per scoop! Our live cell yeast cultures and pre/pro-biotics have been selected for performance, viability and stability when mixed in feed. Equine Zyme Plus contains 20% more beta glucan and 20% more colostrum then Equine Zyme. Equine-Zyme Plus was designed to increase immune health as well as stamina and is an excellent choice for the endurance, competitive trail or eventing horse in your life. This is a great product for any horse who has a need for a boosted immune system and needs extra stamina. It is also designed to help your horse absorb all the nutrients in his feed stuffs and to utilize them in a more effective manner. It is recommended that you feed one scoop per day mixed in bucket feed, which is about a rounded tablespoon full, and two scoops per day for a day or two before competition, during competition, and for a couple days after for best results. One scoop contains 43 billion CFU's guaranteed~ A one pound jar should last about 4-6 weeks for the average horse, each package contains approximately 40- 45 scoops by weight.
