Order Shipping Times & Information
Earth Song Ranch has always offered unique, hand blended herbal products and homeopathics over the years that are prepared on our ranch, which makes us stand out, as nothing is pre-packaged or left on a shelf. It does take a bit before we ship your order as we have to measure, blend, weigh, label, package - and then ship. Other companies pre-package and things sit on a shelf until needed, we just don't do that!
Shipping times once we deliver your package to the local rural post office have increased by the USPS - and can now be up to 3-5 days, not the two to three days they state, depending on where you live in the country, which we have no control over. You will receive a tracking number from USPS once we print your label, please retain the tracking so you can check the progress of your package. It will be emailed to the email address you provide to us or use for Pay Pal. Please check your spam or junk folder in case you missed it. We print your shipping label up to a few business days prior to shipping which is our system so we know what we have currently to blend and getting that ready to ship.
Our products - and the products that we sell from other vendors - are shipped separately for the most part and can come either by UPS or USPS or a combination of both. Products manufactured for us by Horse Tech, including Equine Zyme, Equine Zyme Plus , Mini Zyme, Mini Zyme Plus, Mini All-in-One and Canine Wellness, all drop ship from Horse Tech in Iowa and you will receive them separate from any of the herbal blends or kits sent from our ranch.
Earth Song Ranch Herbal Product Shipping - Via USPS
- Earth Song Ranch herbal products are shipped via USPS from the ranch (we are not currently offering UPS or FEDX nor do we offer overnight or one day shipping).
- With herbal product orders, you can select your shipping option either by weight or priority flat rate USPS mail. We do only ship via Priority Mail so if you select a more expensive option does not mean it will arrive any sooner.
- Please note: Earth Song Ranch does not guarantee that you will receive your order within one to three days from date you order, that is the amount of days in the shipping method you select , which USPS says it takes to ship via USPS once your package is delivered to the post office.
- Your orders from the ranch typically arrive between 3-5 days from the date the local post office receives the package.
- Please refer to our Order Processing and Packaging information for Processing, Blending and Packaging estimated times prior to shipment.
- Please keep the email you receive with your tracking number until you receive your package.
- The tracking number is sent to the email you entered in your order, some have multiple emails, so be sure to check each.
Earth Song Ranch Kit Product Shipping - Multiple Shipments & Carriers
If you purchased a Kit (Ulcer 911, Sunny's, EPM, etc), it will arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive a tracking number for items shipped from Earth Song Ranch. However, HorseTech items ship
direct from HorseTech - and no tracking number is sent unless requested for HorseTech items.

FREE SHIPPING is offered on the following products - at the best rate - be it USPS or UPS. We do not select how Horse Tech ships these products, nor do we guarantee one to three-day shipping on these products:

We do offer Free Shipping specials on all products at least once a month to show customer appreciation. To receive those notifications, please sign up for our newsletter so you don't miss them. We also will announce FREE Shipping Friday on our Face Book page, in addition to our newsletters.
HorseTech Products & Shipping Methods
On the Horse Tech products, depending on what your order or a combination of those products, shipping method is determined by order weight:
- If the weight is more than 12 to 15 lbs - The order will be drop shipped via UPS ground by Horse Tech which ships "ground" and usually takes 5 days from date it is picked up from HorseTech by UPS.
- If less than 12 lbs - The order will be shipped via Priority Mail, usually flat rate shipping, and takes from 3-5 days.
General Shipping Notes
- We will sometimes print the shipping labels a day or even 3 business days or so ahead of time of actual shipping while waiting on an order of herbs, or to blend orders, or dispense remedies, which on occasion may miss-lead you that they have already shipped.
- We strive to ship orders out within a week's (5 business days) time after processing, then your package can have between 1-5 days of shipping time depending on the day we drop the packages at the post office.
- There can also be additional shipping days depending on where you live in the US and there are also longer times for Canadian and other international orders.
- We wish we could do it faster, but we would have to charge a lot more for our products because we would have to hire more staff to help, or blend in bulk ahead of time et al and have always wanted to keep the products going to you fresh and affordable!
- From late February through about mid Fall is our busiest time of year so your order could take a bit longer.
- From Mid-November until the Mid January there can be shipping delays which are out of our control due to the volume of business at the holidays and seasonal employees that the USPS hires and UPS also hires. So please plan if you can! We also take time off to be with our family and horses.
- Also note there can be shipping delays during parts of the year due to weather conditions we experience here in the high desert - typically, from late November through about Mother’s Day. Due to conditions such as heavy rains, snow and ice, we cannot get out of the ranch to go to the post office to send packages as we live on dirt roads in the country and do not have delivery or pick up service. (This does not apply to Equine-Zyme, Equine-Zyme Plus, Mini-Zyme, Mini-Zyme Plus, Mini All-In-One and Canine Wellness, or any of the Horse Tech products we sell as they are drop shipped from Iowa).
- We live on and run our business from a rural ranch, on dirt roads, so sometimes we are a bit challenged in getting to the post office and UPS or FedX cannot drive on our roads to deliver herbs, homeopathics or supplies. They do the best they can, just like we do.

Thoughts on the Cost of Shipping vs. Buying Local
- We don’t intentionally mark-up shipping, it goes Flat Rate by USPS or if you select it by weight to your area, and if we notice that you were over charged, or we can send it cheaper, we make every effort to refund you the difference.
- We also understand that the cost of shipping may influence you when making a decision to purchase a product, especially a feed additive or nutritional product, because by their very nature they can be a bit heavy to transport. Equine Zyme, Equine Zyme Plus and Canine Wellness, along with all the Horse Tech Products we carry come with FREE SHIPPING.
- Most of our Earth Song Ranch products are unique and you cannot find them at a feed store, nor on Amazon Prime. We use USPS Priority Mail and can ship 15#’s coast to coast for $21.50 flat rate. So here is a little equation to think about when making a decision to purchase something on line:
