Policy on Return Items

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return the product to us within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the item for a refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable}.

Please note Earth Song Ranch cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, unless preauthorized.

Damage goods due to shipping or client’s negligence on return will not be refunded. In the event you need to return any product we strongly encourage you to insure the item. We can only process your request after the returned item is inspected to verify its condition.

Please Note: Nosodes and Homeopathic’s are not returnable due to FDA regulations, for any reason.
