We wanted to offer a cookie/ treat with a purpose so searched high and wide and found this recipe in the UK so we are offering it for your horses too! Lori Yearwood had a company long ago, called Skodes Horse Treats, making treats with a purpose, and although she is no longer on the planet I hope to do more treats with a purpose as we grow with health enhancing herbs baked or dehydrated at low temperatures!

So many horses have overall body inflammation and we wanted so soothe that a bit and not add to it!

Ingredients Mostly Organic: Organic Oat Flour, Organic Coconut Flour, Bran, Organic Flax, Organic Chia, Organic Turmeric Powder, Applesauce (instead of an egg), Molasses or a touch of Maple Syrup, Organic Black Pepper, a bit of Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Organic Ceylon Black Pepper, and a smidge of Ginger and a dash of home made vanilla extract.
