This is the product I use for my horses to supplement what they do not receive in their hay or from our well water which is deficient in copper and zinc in particular. I find this to be a better product than California Trace for hoof health and for metabolic support, I used California Trace for quite some time without getting the results I do from this product! I feed one scoop per day to my metabolically challenged and get great visual results, although the recommended is two scoops!

This product has helped so many metabolic horses stop abscessing in their hooves - can't say enough good about it, it was origianlly designed by a bare foot trimmer more than a decade ago! It is the amount of copper, zinc and chromium that makes the difference for these metabolic (EMS/IR) horses along with the other ingredients.

Feeding Directions

Provide to horses at the rate of 140 grams (5 oz.) per day to provide nutrients as specified by client.

The enclosed 1/2 cup scoop will hold approximately 70 grams (2.5 oz) when filled to “level”.

Provide two (2) level scoops per day to provide nutrients as specified by client.
